All activity that occurs under a user's account is the responsibility of that user. 3. User Obligations and Responsibilities
Users must only use the kirim4d platform for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable terms. Users are prohibited from using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity. Any violation of these terms will be handled firmly, including reporting to the relevant authorities if necessary.
Users are not permitted to attempt to hack, manipulate, or exploit the platform's systems in any way. The use of bots, automated scripts, or unauthorized third-party software to access the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.

4. Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the kirim4d platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users can make deposits and withdrawals through the available payment methods, including supported bank transfers and digital wallets. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the platform.

5. Account Suspension and Closure
kirim4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if a violation of these terms and conditions is found. Grounds for suspension include, but are not limited to: use of a false identity, attempted fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, or the use of prohibited software.
Users whose accounts have been suspended have the right to appeal through official customer support channels. The appeal will be reviewed by the kirim4d team within a reasonable timeframe, and the final decision is binding. Any remaining balance in a suspended account will be handled in accordance with the outcome of the review and applicable policy.
Users may also voluntarily close their account by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed once all outstanding financial obligations have been settled. After the account is closed, user data will be retained in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.
6. Intellectual Property Rights and Third-Party Links
All content on the kirim4d platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of kirim4d or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright law.
